Wow to think that the semester is over is quiet eye opening as to how time flies. In my time at Aspetto I have learned many things about the cooperate life. This was my first cooperate experience and I have been able to use many of my communication and digital study skills. Keeping client relations at a high level due to my training in the communication field has been a focus of mine. This is especially helpful when emailing so others can get the tasks done promptly outside of your business. There are also many digital study aspects that I have used in product searching for contracts. One is scouring the internet to find the specific details that are asked in these government contracts. They do not allow much deviation from what was initially asked. So delivering a product that is exactly asked for is a huge bonus to aid in the potential awarding of the contract. The small group communication that is needed when running a crew of 6–12 people is very important. Keeping the employees motivated to complete a physical task is very important. Happy workers are efficient workers. It is also important on keeping office relationships on a high note. These skills have helped me excel in being a good employee and keeping virtual and physical relations on a good level. I am very happy that I am not the person that I was when I started working here. I have grown very much as a person and I am very thankful for it.
